Sports Medicine & Physical Fitness Trainer
This course prepares students to enter the world of sports fitness, training, and medicine. Students begin by learning about their bodies through conditioning and nutrition and advance to learn about sports injuries, recovery, and rehabilitation. This program combines science, kinesiology, anatomy, and physical movement. The final course prepares students to take the national exam to become certified as a physical fitness trainer.
