Navy Junior ROTC

The Navy Junior ROTC – Leadership and Naval Science program is grounded in the Navy core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment. The curriculum emphasizes patriotism and citizenship.  It is designed to promote habits of orderliness and precision, develop a high degree of personal honor, self-reliance, self-discipline, and leadership.  NJROTC also promotes an understanding of the basic elements and requirements of national security, develops a respect for and understanding of the need for constituted authority in a democratic society, provides incentives to live a healthy and drug-free life, promotes high school completion, and provides information on the military services as  a possible career.

Community Projects
In an effort to produce well-informed and helpful citizens,  Navy JROTC encourages Cadets to get involved in their local communities. This is one of the most interesting and fun aspects of the NJROTC experience. The number, type and size of cadet community projects are limited only by a Cadet’s imagination. Units perform as a team as they coordinate everything from car washes to candy sales and from Jog-A-Thons to paper drives.

Be part of a winning team!
