The Regional Career and Technical Center is located within Coventry High School and provides rigorous technical instruction combined with experiential hands on learning in several career paths. Our technical labs are equipped with state of the art equipment approved by industry/ business partners and simulate real work environments. Our students begin their training on site in our simulated labs and many programs advance to off site internships and on the job experiences. A variety of programs offer credit from other disciplines such as technology, art, science, or math. Coventry Public Schools offers career and technical education programs in Advanced Welding and Shipfitting, Automotive, Carpentry, Computer Information Technology, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Education, Graphic Communications, Health Careers, and Navy Jr. ROTC.
